This is a handicap accessible lake. This trail however is the perfect example of how the flowing melting water has carved the landscape of Kananaskis Valley. The last ice age glacier melt some 10000 years back.
The original plan was to do Rawson Lake hike. However that trail was closed due to bears feeding in the area. So we decided to do this trail. This was more like outdoor nature walk and an interpretive trail then actual hike.

There is nothing tranquil about having the whole lake to yourself and your family. In this case I had my brother and his family along with mine. The only place that makes you feel alive is the nature and that is what the trails are all about.
This trail was done on 5th of August of 2019.
